2015 Goal update:

Quick update on my 2015 Goals.

6 days in to the new year and I have begun working toward my goals.

First I started The Maker's Diet winter Cleanse on Saturday January 3rd. The cleanse is going great and I am really seeing some impressive results. The First day you eat nothing but homemade Chicken and vegetable soup. Days 2-4 you eat the soup but you eat a large salad for dinner. Days 5-8 I can add nuts and seeds to the salad and on Days 9&10 I can add fish to the salad.

I weigh every morning. I began Saturday morning at 235lbs and I am happy to report that after three days on the cleanse today I weighed 229lbs. A 6lb weight loss!! My goal is to lose 7lbs a month, so Im extremely pleased with these results.

I will say that I have not been hungry, but I will admit to having cravings for Bread and butter and anything sweet. DETOXING the sugar is difficult and I did have a pretty nasty headache Saturday night.

I joined the online 90 Day Gospel Challenge. It began on Sunday night and the reading began in Mathew. It looks to be a chapter a day since Sunday was Mathew 1, Monday Mathew 2 and today is Mathew 3. I am reading at night, aloud. Walker plays his Ipad while I read, so he is hearing and seeing me read. I will transition the Ipad out and him paying more attention over the 90 days.

TRAVEL MORE

I have scheduled my work trip to Germany and added a 22hr layover in Paris. Ive never been to Paris so I hope to get a quick glimpse of this awesome city.

DO BETTER

I feel I am on track.
